Mouse clicks become unresponsive

We have a form where mouse clicking into the form fields stops responding. Appears frozen.
Reproduced in VintaSoft demo tool.

Steps to reproduce:
Mouse click rapidly into form field ~ 8-15 times.

Unable to attach form to this message.

Thank you for information.

We tried to reproduce the problem in VintaSoft PDF Editor Demo ("[SdkInstallPath]\VintaSoft\Imaging .NET v12.2\Bin\DotNet4\AnyCPU\PdfEditorDemo.exe") with PdfTextFields.pdf file ("[SdkInstallPath]\VintaSoft\Imaging .NET v12.2\TestFiles\PdfTextFields.pdf") and was not able to reproduce the problem.

Please send us a step-by-step guide that allows to reproduce the problem in any VintaSoft demo.

Please advise how to submit the form that this can easily be reproduced in.

If you want to send us a PDF document with interactive form, please send the PDF document in email message to address support@vintasoft.com. Sent message will be automatically added to the VintaSoft User Portal at https://myaccount.vintasoft.com.

If PDF file is large, please upload PDF file to any free upload service, for example Google Drive, and send us (to support@vintasoft.com) URL for downloading the file. Please place file into ZIP-archive with strong password if PDF document contains sensitive data.
