Hi,
I am currently using Vintasoft.Imaging in a .net (framework 4.8) winform project, thinking to upgrade to latest version, which is 10.0.
I am wondering if there are breaking changes, concerns?
Really appreciate your thoughts on this.

Yes, there are a lot changes between version 8.0 and 10.0.
