Parsing .doc and .xls documents with Office Plugin

Hello, I am getting started using the office plugin and it is working well with xlsx and docx documents, but I do not see any functionality relating to .doc and .xls documents. Is this functionality planned or is there a way that I can do this with the current dll? I am trying to maintain compatibility while converting our existing code to using your library rather than our previous one.

Hello Mike,

VintaSoft Office .NET Plug-in supports DOCX and XLSX file only. DOC and XLS files are not supported now. We plan to support DOC and XLS files but I do not know when support will be available.

Sounds good, thank you, I will sort something out for the time being and add this functionality when it becomes available.
