ReferencedImageAnnotation missing file picture

Here's a request:

WIth ReferencedImageAnnotations, if the linked picture is missing or unaccessible, I'd like to display a "missing image".

Currently, the Annotation loaded is simply not visible. I would still like the missing ReferencedImageAnnotation to be visible because this tells me that one of my Annotations are broken.

Hi Lu,

What version of VintaSoftImaging.NET Library are you using? Latest version (3.1.3.3) shows message "File is not found" if referenced image is not found.
