Simple code help required

Hi, I'm new to coding and I need some help.

I need to scan a single document and save it with the file name from a text box. I also need it to display the image in an image box when the scan and save are complete. The scanner will be the default scanner and the file formate needs to be a PDF.

All I want is a button, the text box for the file name and the image box to show the final scan. A single click on the button does everything, if possible.

Can any one give me some help.
