VintaSoft Twain .NET SDK Discussions

We are working with an HP Photosmart 7510 all-in-one machine. On some systems (Not on all) the device does not open. The exception that it receives is "Unknown return code" . It is all the more funny because the Open function doesn't have a return code.

Upon receiving the exception, I look at the _device.ErrorString. This string is blank.

Do you have any ides on how I can produce a better error message so that I can figure out why this device will not open on this machine?
