Is is possible to scan a document and then get (extract) the data (Text) from the document. Use the data to populate similar document except that it is fillable document.

Are there any code samples available ?

I have the licensed VintaSoft Twain .Net SDK
Will this give me access to :
VintaSoft Imaging .NET SDK (Standard) (Vintasoft.Imaging.dll),
VintaSoft Document Cleanup .NET Plug-in (Vintasoft.Imaging.DocCleanup.dll),
VintaSoft OCR .NET Plug-in (Vintasoft.Imaging.Ocr.dll, Vintasoft.Imaging.Ocr.Tesseract.dll),
VintaSoft PDF .NET Plug-in (Vintasoft.Imaging.Pdf.dll, Vintasoft.Imaging.Pdf.Ocr.dll) and
VintaSoft PDF .NET Plug-in (Writer) (Vintasoft.Pdf.dll)

Is is possible to get trial version for the above
