Internal Error in Avision Scanner
Internal Error in Avision Scanner
Hello,
I have a scanner Avision AN335WL, after more than 20 or 30 scans, the device stops working ( see attached photo), I cannot perform a restart, and via the web browser, the device shows busy. I need to unplug and power it on to be able to perform a scan, and the same issue occurs again.
Can you help me solve the problem?

Hello,
I think your problem is related with memory usage, i.e. web application does not have enough memory for further processing.
How do you store scanned images? Do you process each scanned image and dispose image OR do you store all scanned images in memory?
Please check memory usage in your web application.
