repeat a drawing line

I have a question. I want to draw a line but i want to repeat the selected line till i chose to draw a other line
how can i do that ?

How about Lines annotation, isn't it what you need?

Lines annotation works like:
- Left click starts drawing
- Next left click starts drawing of the next line etc
- Right click or double left click stops drawing
