office word 1 section

i want to open a template word document and get the first or second section to insert this section to an new word dokument.
is that possible?

Yes, you can use DOCX document as a template for other DOCX document. Please see VintaSoft Report Generator Demo ("[SdkInstallPath]\VintaSoft\Imaging .NET 14.1\Bin\DotNet9\AnyCPU\ReportGeneratorDemo.exe") for examples.
