2A/2U/3A/3U conversion failed. PUA (Unicode Private Use Area)

Hi, do you know if it is possible to convert a PDF document with characters from the 'private use area' to 2a/2u or 3a/3u?

We are not allowed to use the "b" level.

The converter now displays the message:

Vintasoft.Imaging.Processing.ConversionException
:The conversion using PDF/A-2u Converter is failed, unsolved problem(s):
1. PDF Font has visible characters which use Unicode value from Unicode Private Use Area

For understanding the problem we need to reproduce the problem on our side. Could you send us your PDF document for analysis? If yes, please send test PDF document(s) to support@vintasoft.com.
