New features request for version 9.1 of VintaSoft Imaging .NET

The following features are being considered for inclusion in version 9.1 of VintaSoft Imaging .NET SDK:

WinForms and WPF controls for .NET Core 3 for Windows.
Ability to create PDF popup annotations and interact with PDF popup annotations in WinForms and WPF viewer. Ability to use PDF popup annotation to reply to other PDF popup annotation or PDF annotation.
