cannot add to toolbox the components

I try to add to vs 2015 the sdk components from choose item com components tab but I get an error of every dll "tlb could not be loaded" how to install them?

Hello,

VintaSoft Imaging .NET SDK is 100% managed .NET SDK and it does not have COM components. Please select the ".NET components" tab and try to add .NET components to the toolbar with components in Visual Studio.
